Our craftsman are from the "old school of Master Craftsmanship". They all were raised and trained working alongside long gone Master craftsmen in real shops.
Even though we do not run a formal apreticeship program, everyone who we hire has to work along side one of our craftsman before we consider the title of "craftsman".
