Take A good look at this child. I don’t know this child and most likely you don’t either. Yet, we’ve seen this face when we saw our daughter for the first time. A little younger though.

What is she thinking? What will her future be? Do we realize that much of her future depends on what we, own ups, do?

This is a real picture and my wife and I have witnessed this look while picking up our daughter. It brought tears to our eyes when we left with our daughter and watched the other children who stayed behind in the orphanage looking like if they were screaming inside….why is she leaving and we are staying?...why not us?...we also want a daddy and a mommy…I still can see very fresh in my mind that little boy grabbing my legs and looking at me as I was playing with my daughter to get to know her. He expression brought tears to my eyes as if he was saying to me….please, take me with you, I want to be out of here and have a family! Oh!..if I could just do it…if it just was that easy. I believe that it was at that moment that we made a commitment that one day…we will, we will not only come for more of you, but we will also help others to come.

We have been told that, if not adopted by the age of 7, most children feeling unwanted will end up in gangs and prostitution…and them…rehabs…prison…and ultimately…in a funeral home.

I just wish that everyone reading this testimony could have the experience my wife and I have of when we look at our daughter, we just can’t imagined what could be of her would she not be adopted.

I believe that God would want us to catch these children at a young age and mold them to law abiding and responsible citizens.

You may be at an age to advanced for more children, or may not even get called to be parents…but maybe, just maybe…we have been blessed with finances that we could reach out to them and support couples that have it in their hearts to adopt but don’t have 30 or 40 thousand dollars. What can 20 or 40 dollars do when hundreds or thousands of us get together and bring these children to a safe home?
